Why the outlet water become smaller and smaller ?
When the flow is smaller or became smaller, there are some reasons:
1, the inlet water pressure is low . the water pressure need to be 0.2-0.4Mpa, the inlet water pressure guage should be installed , 0.2-0.3Mpa is the best .
2, the membrane would be blocked. when the pressure become 0.4Mpa or higher than 0.4Mpa.
why the membrane is blocked easily?
when the original water is too dirty, and the filter need to work continuously , the membrane is easy to be blocked .
how to choose the right sizes of the filter for the commercial or industrial filtration?
First , we need to know what flow capacity per hour or per day we acturally need , and how many hours per day working , , for example , 1000L/H or 10000L/D , 10 hours per day, then we need to choose the design flow capacity 1000L/H, but if the water is too dirty , such as the river water, then we need to double the actural design flow capacity , should be chosen the design flow 2000L/H, in this way , we don’t need to wash it so frequently.
Is there any reference standard for choosing the household filter ?
100L: for kitchen only ,
300L: 1-3 people family
500L: 3-5 people family
800L: 5-8 people family
1000L: big house, 8-10people family , commerical filtration, like the coffee shops, restarant , hotel, school ....
Well water or river water: at least 800L or 1000L/H, whatever how many people per family.
How often should we wash the membrane?
If the original water is municipal water , and the filter is used for household domesitic filtration, the membrane can be washed 3-4 times per year;
If the original water is river water , well water, mountain water , when the outlet water become smaller and smaller, the membrane should be taken out to wash it and reused it .
What substances can the ultrafilter remove out?
Our PVDF washable membrane filtering rate is 0.01Micron, The PVDF ultrafilter can only remove the muddy , rust , worms big particles , segment and some of the bacterial, make the cloudy water become transparent water , but it can not remove the heavy metals , poison , pollution, smelly ,chlorine,Tanning , if need to be solved these problems , need to add some other filters , such as carbon filter , or RO ,or chemicals filtration.
How to solve the outlet water flow becoming smaller problem ?
1, make the inlet water flow bigger , or make the inlet water pressure higher .
2, wash the membrane , then reuse, or change the higher flow capacity models of the ultrafilter,
3, add the prefilters(bag filter or cartridge filter) before the ultrafilter ,protect the ultrafilter not be blocked so quickly.
